That would sort of depend on what you land on, now wouldn't it? If you have a parachute you could jump from the top of the Petronas Towers in Malaysia and survive. I think the farthest a human has fallen accidentally and lived is under fifty feet, unless they just happened to fall into something soft like a snow drift.

Yes, everybody is right on this. You can jump from any building and not get killed.
First make sure that you jump in place.
If you're gonna actually jump FROM the building TO the world out there, make sure you bring a parachute.

Depends on if you would be using a parachute or not. If you have no parachute, probably no more than 2 stories maximum. Unless your one of those VERY FEW and very lucky people who can survive jumping out of a plane with a failed parachute.
With parachute, likely as high as you want, as long as the wind doesn't ruin the jump.

is there any special reason you want to jump from a tall building?
try one of those bungie jumping things at an amusement park..then you can have the thrill without the kill....
Even a first floor can cause you to end up with injuries,broken legs,dislocated hips,not much funny to go through all that...

well anything over 10 feet gives enough room for a person to get head down. but it kinda depends on how you fall. if you jump i think you could live with little harm from 20ft. but if you just tip over yeah 10feet can get you.

you can jump from any building, even the short ones, and if you land the wrong way you can die. doesnt matter how tall it is.
