Sleep deprivation is probably the most prevalent reason for under-eye circles. Skin is healed during deep-wave sleep, thanks to increased circulation to the face. Without quality sleep, the face literally sags. However, if you sleep with your head on a downward angle, which allows fluid to drain to your face, your beauty sleep can turn into anything but. So sleeping with your head slightly elevated is the best idea.

try cutting out the caffeine, alcohol and sugar, and minimizing stress. Fulfill your cravings with herbal coffee and sugar-free treats.

Eat a diet that consists primarily of cold-water fish (salmon, tuna and sardines) as well as fruits and vegetables, nuts and olive oil for a couple days. If eating fish isn't for you, try supplements containing fish oil or flaxseed oil.

Get plenty of rest.

Go the grocery and buy cucumbers. Slice them into thin pieces. Then when you are about to sleep put one over each eye. Eat the remaining portions.

If you deliberately put dark marks under your eyes using a black marker. Rub it off with soap and water. But then they would become red. Well, the red marks will disappear after a few days.

Put concealer on them. Not white like a lot of people do, a color in between the dark circle and your natural skin tone, that way there will be a better blending. Don't know why, it just works better.

You might not be getting enough iron intake. Try taking some iron supplements, but check with your doctor first. Also, make sure you're getting enough sleep, and you're taking time to deal with stress.
