Lots of people recomend that i take prnatal vitamins, but i thought it was for pregnant women. I`m very hesitant to take them and was wondering if there is a different approach to getting my hair to grow longer. It has always been to just above the middle of my back, but no longer.

Prenatal Vitamins are for pregnant women, but anyone can take them, even men, my ex-husband use to take them all the time.
You can go to any health food store, like General Nutrition Center, and they have an organic version of Prenatal vitamins, and yes, they are safe, even for 15 year olds, even better, my 16 yr. old daughter takes them, and they help her a lot. Keep the dead ends trimmed off, and your hair will be longer in no time, my hair is all the way down to my tailbone now, and I have been ordered not to cut it EVER. The prenatal vitamin is just a daily vitamin, just stronger, which means its much better to take than regular vitamins. So, don't be worried about taking them.

Yes you can take prenatal vitamins. You can get them at Wal-Mart in the vitamin section. They will not hurt you. Good nutrition helps too
