Jesus taught that we should forgive people. Jesus himself asked God to forgive the people who killed him on the cross.
♥Luke 23:34 "Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots."
Jesus also said, that there should be no limit to the amouth of times we forgive someone.
♥Matthew 18:21-22
"Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven."
This dosent mean that you should be walked over and treated badly.
♥Luke 17:3-4
"Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him."
God wants to hear about your concerns and problems too. Pray to him for guidance and help. He will help you make the right decision if you put your trust in him.

White Wolf God asked us to learn a lesson and gave us free will to do it. Sadly this free will allows people to abuse it! I know because I have been hurt and deceived many times in my life.
God I believe wants you to react in a way with compassion for those who hurt us (They have the problem), but to learn from them and build strength in who you are with the support of other in order to not allow this person to hurt or deceive you again.
I think there is more to your question but I hope this helps.

If some one Hurts or Deceives us , we should forgive him so that the person who had done so with us feels much guilty than what he will feel if we hurt or deceive him and he will never try doing so again.

Forgive - not 7 times 70, but 70 times 7.
Further God says, vengence is mine, and I will repay.
We are not authorised to execute judgement on others - for God makes it to rain equally both on the just and the unjust.

God wants us to think it over and forgive. If you confront the one that hurt you, the person know what he did was wrong and shouldn't be done again. Then forgive the man. He/she might not respond like you want to but they'll know you still love them in non-sexual or relationship way. You get it?...

With love and forgiveness. Do unto others....
Even if you totally cut the person out of your life, you should forgive them. It's not really for them that you do it. It's for your own inner peace. Hate and anger take too much time and energy. Negative energy begets more negative energy, and so on

we are to love one another just as God loves us....if someone hurts us we are to go to them and tell them that they have hurt us and try to fix the hurt between the two of us.....if someone decieves us we are to let them know and try to work it out and decieving is like being the serpant he tries to decieve us all the time but with God as our protector and we lean more on God he cant get to us at all.

He want's us to pray for help with the pain, and to trust him with our hearts. He want's us to forgive them and to love them even though they did wrong things, just like Jesus would have.
You can do this, but don't go back to them. If you're being hurt by them - and this is my own advice - then don't go back to them for more. Live and let live, but live and let live seperately :o)

he wants us to be strong and seek his will no matter what. pray to God about it and never retaliate out of spite. try to make a positive out of it. let it be a lesson learned and wait for God to open the next door.
