Most of the mistreatment I experience stems from my unapologetic adherence to Catholicism. The Words of Jesus provide great encouragement:
"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. "Blessed are you when men revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so men persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Imagine in front of you and to your right yourself and to the left, a group of people, including those who mistreat you. Both yourself and the group want happiness and freedom from suffering. Those that mistreat you are probably suffering also and don't know how to deal with it. Knowing that you are only one and everyone else are many, it makes sense to want to help the larger group. Remember this throughout each day and it will help you to deal with others by showing compassion for them and not just yourself. I hope this helps. It works for me.

Don't bother with them.Don't take things to your heart.Go to your room or a lonely corner and take a deep breath, don't react, that will help you to forget it faster.I am mistreated often, verbally of-course, and after a while you sort of get use to it.I now don't even realize it most of the time. And I consider myself too special for some one to offend me so easily.

Tell them politely that they are mistreating you and if it does not work ask help from other societies such as the friendly club or your best person whom you believe whole heartedly.

Everything that comes our way has its purpose. With positive thinking and belief in yourself, the greatest errors, unbearable pain and deepest hurt can mold us into a person of worth and value.

Just know in your heart that Karma has a way of coming back and biting us in the *** for our transgressions. In other words what ever they put out to others is what they will get back in the end.

Center yourself in peace. Forgive them. We teach others how to treat us by what we allow. Set boundaries. Treat others as you want to be treated. Be the change.
