It was hijacked by his followers; they tacked their agendas onto Gods and turned a beautiful concept about forgiveness and love into a regimented structure about fear. Too sad.

He tried to teach us all that Church is in you and not a building.

It still exists today. Many(Matt.7:13) haven't found it because there still in Babylon.
I was in 2nd Babylon til God(2Tim.1:9) called me into his church(Eph.4:4; 5:27; Acts 20:28). His church knows the two sides; the good & the evil (Heb.5:14).

so many people started to believe in 10 % that the church you seek burned down in 1997. They couldn't rebuild because all the money was stashed in the basement.

if you mean the structure.. there's no actual structure Christ built..
but defining the true meaning of church (iglesia) - it means a group of People believing in God ... they still exist and we call them Christians....
