it depend on how good their self esteem , women who have good self esteem can apreciate all they have in their body including their hair color but sometimes women need to change their hair color to refresh their look

I would say no. Because most women dye their hair, which means they weren't happy with it in the first place.
Considering that only 2% of the world's population is naturally blonde, but I know a lot of "blondes", I think most women aren't happy with their hair color, and dye it.

Most women always want what they don't have. I always thought i hated my natural hair color and dyed it for years, I finally started letting my natural color grow out and i think it looks pretty good and allot healthier then dyed hair. I like my brunette hair now.

i hate my natural hair color (dark brown) so i dyed it about four times(1. light brown 2. black 3. used hydrogen piroxide. turned a medium brown 4. dark red) my hair is so damaged but i intend to dye it many more times
