so half of my room is made of windows...and i always keep the blinds closed...but i recently noticed that a blush right outside one of my big windows is all smashed. my parents saw it first & told me that they suspected that it was a neighbor snooping on me...especially because of the angle the blinds were at. i have an idea who it would be....the guy next door is a complete creep. i'm pretty much paranoid now. what should i do?

lock your doors lock your windows and maybe put up a blanket over the window so he can't see between the blinds do that to all of your windows for a little bit or a sheet w/e or a really large towel, i'm sorry to hear that you have a creepy neighbor spying on you but make sure everything is locked before you go to sleep. or when you turn out the lights watch for any signs outside and then call the police if you see anything. he'll think you're asleep but if you nonchalantly slip under the covers with the cordless he'll never know (cell phones too) or call your parents' cells if you see anything and they can decide what to do well yep check ya later ♥

Keep doing the same thing, but have someone hide outside your yard with a video camera when you pretend that you're going to change. Then film the guy secretly trying to look at you. If what you think is happening is true, you should take the tape to the police and have him arrested. However, if you can't get a tape, go to the police anyways. If this really happens, the guy deserves to be in jail. After that, keep the blinds closed or change your room around so that you aren't as revealed when you change.

well, good to keep your blinds closed I guess....don't encourage him, right? I wouldn't automatically assume it's the guy next door, no matter how creepy he is. But, on the other hand, if your gut instinct tells you that he's dangerous - avoid him! Do whatever you need to do to keep him away! Just don't be distracted by him so that you miss the real peeping tom, you know? I'd keep the blinds closed at night and keep your parents informed - they are looking out for you like no one else will. Don't be paranoid, but don't underestimate the activities of a pervert!!

I had that happen with a neighbor. I did not want to start an ugly conflict. So, I just blacked out the window which made it impossible for him to look in. After some time passed, I took down the dark curtain. He has not noticed that the curtain is gone.

Your parents noticed and haven't called the police?!?!?!
If not, then YOU need to. Maybe you could get a hidden camera.

That's creepy. I'd be scared every time I was in my room!! Make sure you have your blinds closed from now on, and I'd put extra coverage on them, like a thick blanket or sheet. (Someone can still peek through the holes in blinds.)

turn off the lights look out your window then see if he is looking if he is turnthe light's back on then act like you are going to take off your shirt then flip him off......Nothing a perv hates more then being caught ....Then the next time you see him tell him you are going door to door saying with the flyers that he is a peeping tom and telling every one to beware. And also I am sure every one is going to say call the police but they can't do any thing about it unless this guy is trespassing. If they can see you through your window from the street or their yard or house it is not illegal unless they are video tapeing you.

HAHAHA, the first pervert in heritage named Tom!? that is fully ridiculous..for one, perverts have existed because the first light of guy & the call "Tom" first got here into use in the course of the 14th century! The call comes from the legend of woman Godiva's bare journey by the streets of Coventry (England) as a way to cajole her husband to alleviate the merciless taxes on city's undesirable. the tale is going that the townsfolk agreed no longer to visual show unit Godiva as she exceeded by ability of, yet that Peeping Tom broke that trust and spied on her.

Maybe you can have a hidden camera set up outside by your window, because right now you can't prove if it is him or not. If you do manage to catch him then you call the cops on him.

you should stay calm, don't panic, then once every couple of minutes check the view. if you catch him or suspect he is walk up to the house, with a bf of parent and talk to him. tell him how uncomfortable you feel and if he disagrees and continues to call 911

Buy a voodoo doll of your neighbor and cut off its head with rusty scissors.
