I have dark brown hair that I would like a bit darker. I will never dye my hair out of a box, but was curious when I heard about the glaze products. I'd like to know if anyone has tried the espresso (dark brown) glaze color, what they think of it, and if any other similar product works better without being hair dye proper.

I tried the glaze, and it seemed to make my hair flat and oily. I followed the directions exactly, and really wasn't happy with the results. Maybe it would work better on someone whose hair is drier than mine is.

I haven't tried the hair glaze, but I use the John Frieda shampoo/conditioner now, and I think it works pretty good..

not the glaze but i have tried the shampoo and conditioner and i love it, i would definitely try the glaze but my hair is already dye. i think the product is really good.

i tried the glaze.. didn't notice any difference.
it's pricey considering it's a non-essential part of your haircare routine, and it's recommended you use it every single time you shower. what a pain!
p.s. i use the shampoo/conditioner as well and highly recommend it.
