Besides all the physical "plusses". Older experienced man + young sexy female = GREAT SEX. But in a relationship, wouldn't I always be a baby to him. Would we ever be able to see each other as equals and share our lives together without him being condescending about my life experiences?

If he is an ****** using you as a trophy, no.
Most men would be honored if a lady half his age would even look at nim let alone want a relationship with him.
