I rinse with a Plax like (cheaper version from Walmart or Target works the same) to get the plaque off my teeth, then I squeeze the toothpaste onto the brush and sweep from top to bottom and then I rinse with water. Then I try not to eat anything acid within an hour, because it just tastes nasty.

I get my toothbrush from the medicine cabinet and get out the toothpaste, (Colgate whitening) and put a long line across my toothbrush and try to make the little swirly at one of the ends like they do on the commercials, I then wet my toothbrush under running water for like half a second. Then I brush my bottom teeth 1st I do about 15 strokes on each side, then I brush the bottom of my top teeth for about 15 strokes on each side, Then I close my mouth and smile really wide and brush the outsides of my teeth. Then, I spit and rinse my mouth with water. Then I get some more toothpaste on my toothbrush in pretty much the same manner as described above and brush my tongue. (sometimes I can't do it that long without gagging) but yeah so after I brush my tongue, I rinse my mouth with water and get the Listerine mouthwash out, I fill the cap about half way full and gargle while looking in the mirror, when my eyes start to water really bad and my face is starting to look distorted in the mirror, I will spit out the mouthwash and then rinse my mouth again with water. I then spit the water out and wipe my mouth on the towel. I then walk back over to the mirror and give it a super sexy smile to make sure I didn't miss any spots and then I will say damn!! I'm sexy and then I start my day with my super clean mouth. But yeah that's how I do it, I hope it helps!!!

You should use a toothbrush with a small head and soft bristles. Any fluoride toothpaste will do. To brush both the Outside surfaces (facing your cheek etc) and the Inside surfaces (facing your tongue) you should brush with a small circular action and your toothbrush should be at approx a 45 degree angle to the tooth surface. Plaque likes to accumulate along the gum line, so this is what you are aiming to clean!! Then for the top surfaces (chewing surfaces) you just do your usual scrub. But remember you also have to FLOSS to clean in between your teeth, as a toothbrush can't reach there.

I use an electric toothbrush with a "Quadpacer" so I spend equal time on the 4 sectors of my mouth. I brush from the gums the direction the teeth grow and finish off with a rubber gum stimulator, which is for me instead of flossing. (Got lots of bridges!) I use a natural toothpaste with Neem. A final rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide to flood the bacteria with oxygen and it's bedtime for Bonzo!
