Some simple ways to do it, here they are:
(If your phone supports any of these following)
(1) Bluetooth (the easiest and the simplest, however you must have a computer which supports bluetooth for this to happen)
(2) USB (the second easiest way to do it - your computer should normally have a USB socket, check if the phone has a USB cable to transfer data)
(3) Infrared (ummm... slightly difficult as not may desktops have infrared but laptops do have them. Also you phone must support infrared)

Many of the companies offer Photo albums in their homepages. If so you can upload a pic to your album and then using your cell phone you can download it in your image folder...no cost.
Check this in your providers web... I always do it in this way with photos or wallpapers...

depends on the phone.. phone nowadays need a cable to transfer pics.. try buying a celphone cable... if its included... look at the phones manual
