dropout shows that you have no ambition and that you cant even finish 4 years of high school, and when you go for a job (a good job, not McDonald's) and they see that you will be the last person they call because they want someone that they know has the attention span to get the job done...

plus dropouts are losers! get back in school and get your Diploma!

A big difference. I saw a table showing how much drop outs can make (per hour) vs how much a high school grad makes and there is a difference. Plus, in this world, you need to go to college too. An employer looks at resumes, the one with the most education and experience usually get the call.

It is an assumption that drop outs don't get good jobs as they are allegedly not too bright. Sometimes people drop out because of boredom in school and find fantastic work and do very well. It depends on what outcome they seek. Many jobs do not require highschool completion. College and university ususally does require a diploma.

Just because you are a high school drop-out doesn't mean that you're going to end up a loser. Just because you are a high school graduate doesn't mean you're going to get the job of your dreams and end up a successful millionaire. People can't map out their lives based upon their school history.
