Jehovah's Witnesses do this all the time. That's nearly seven million people around the globe preaching from door-to-door in an organized manner.

Really, everyone who calls himself a Christian should be doing this work that Jesus commanded:
(Matthew 28:19-20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded

It must be quite discouraging for you religionists who do not do God's will regarding public preaching and teaching. Even schoolchildren among Jehovah's Witnesses are comfortable defending their faith from the bible, which is not surprising since they are the only true Christians today.

An ex-neighbor who moved to TX just started her own religious radio show and opened up her own ministry. She knows I'm agnostic, but keeps on trying anyway. The more I hear the more I disagree with religion. My current next door neighbor started going to a new preacher and she also wants me to hear him, with the desire to convert me. My ex co-worker friend ( who was one of 10 people to attend my non-religious wedding...no mention of God in the vows from us or the gentleman who married us) gets up at the crack of dawn everyday to listen to a religious radio show. She finally respected my wishes and stopped with the "religious bombardment". I guess part of religion is to try and push your beliefs onto others. They're all nice people, who worship with integrity (i.e., they don't commit "sins" and get instant redemption by throwing around a couple of Hail Mary's) and have good intentions, but over-bearing at times; as I find most religious people. I feel I'm a good person with excellent morals/ethics, and so do they, or we wouldn't be friends. The Bible has some good moral lessons in it, but the hypocrisy, contradictions and some of the interpreted meanings are not to my liking. Just keep that stuff to yourself.

Non-believer? What exactly does this mean? I believe in a greater power. But I am almost sure not the one your fonting of. I just wish Christians would leave other religions alone and let them do there thing instead of always passing JUDGEMENT on them. You know JUDGEMENT, that one thig is says NOT to do in the bible...

Yes, I know from personal experience. I didn't know God and I came to believe when I listened to a minister on the radio. He had such a positive impact on my life, He left me with a hunger to know who God was. I started to look at the world differently and I began to see God working in my life. It was then that I made the choice to accept Jesus Christ into my heart.

My mother has a few times. The biggest one was my uncle. He was addicted to drugs and alcohol but after he was converted he cleaned his life up and is happier than ever.

I heard that 50% of children of extremely religious families leave home as soon as they get the chance and become secular.

Why don't you Bible thumpers leave the rest of us alone? Forcing your religion on others makes Baby Jesus cry.
