There have been plenty of theories, and findings, and people who still spend their lives trying to decode something from a believed Holy Book.
It is possible, is it not?

Also, if there are messages, do they come from God? Are they to be believed?

Kabbalists have been finding mystical messages in the Hebrew scriptures for centuries.

More recently, "The Bible Code" has claimed to find all sorts of prophetic messages about current events "encoded" in the Bible.

The Bible Code has been pretty thoroughly debunked by demonstrations that remarkable prophesies can also be pulled out of "Moby Dick". It seems that given enough words, you can put together just about anything you want.

How can it be a secret if it is known? Secrets are the unknown aspects or from the view of only one who knows something not known by another it is a secret from the other only.

Are you asking are there by design many systems to see the constantly consistent truth included in the printed bible words that most never do consider? For in my opinion the answer to this question is absolutely there are many.

Each individual is unique and does have a unique interest. With this concept in mind the book called the Bible is complete and does have an appeal to all who do desire to use it to seek for the constantly consistent truth. Some like math, another science, and yet another history and/or music. Consequently the book called the bible tells the same story from every possible view that may interest any and all who do desire to use it as a source so no one will have an excuse.

Not in answer to your last posted comment, "If there are messages, do they come from God? Are they to be believed?" is a question only you can answer and only you will be held accountable for your answer. Believe it if you do desire to and do not believe it if you do not desire to believe it. Such is you option, but in my opinion I would smile and spend some time in thought about this concept.
It might be the biggest decision you ever make.

There is some real baseless stuff out there. But there is also some incredible evidence that there is a code encrypted into the text of the Bible. The best book that seperates the wheat and the chaff is "Cosmic Codes: Hidden Messages" by Chuck Missler.

Here are some samples that you can find in the book.

Yes and no. Some biblical passages are intentionally cryptic, such as much of Revelations. Many people at the time believed in mysticism or enjoyed logic puzzles in which every letter was assigned a number.

For example. If your name is Bob, and each letter of the alphabet was assigned consecutive numbers, your number would be 2152, B=2, o=15 b=2.

Now maybe there was a phrase "Beast's older boy" well who's the beast's only boy? The numbers of the first letters of each word in this phrase are 2 15 2 so the number of the phrase is 2152 but that's also the number of Bob!

So Bob = Beast's only boy

The bible has things like that in it.

Some people even say that Shakespere put codes in the bible. If you find them, it's pretty unlikely that God put them there... .It's more likely that they are from a human since the bible has been completely rewritten when it was translated from the original Hebrew. Translations include the King James Version of the bible.
To believe them or not is up to you. But know that the bible was definitely not written originally in English!

well...it seems that if you take the letters of the alphabet..and you give them values like
A=6, B=12, C=18, D=24, etc, etc,

then the word COMPUTER adds up to 666.

also the sentence GOD+MCDONALDS adds up to 666.

but to be frankly honest, i have no idea if this means something. I did read the bible, but i truly didn't find anything on computers or McDonalds. So, maybe it's a hidden message, but it's hidden very deeply.

Malaprayala adds up to 606, so i proved at least that ur not satan.

of course there are many things hidden only to be found by the ones who diligently look for him. ( that's part of his nature)
for instance if you go to any search able Bible software and look up different words you'll find passages about the word in question. For example the word bridegroom. 20 different times it comes up from psalms to revelations. this is just one example.
when Christ spoke many times he would hide the meaning from the crowd. But latter he would share the meaning with his followers. This I know is true. so I would have to say yes there is
It should be no great surprise to anyone that the bible too contains hidden information, since it was ghost written by a hidden God. In other words it is written in a code. This is not a new idea. Sir Isaac Newton believed the same to be true, but was unable to discover the code. He could see gravity with his mind, and he knew God well enough to see that the bible was in a code, but he could not himself decode it. He died trying to work out the date of Armageddon. He failed not because he lacked faith and not because he lacked wisdom or intellectual capability, for he had them all in abundance. He failed because it was not God's time in the late 17th and early 18th centuries for this to take place. So instead the true God rewarded one of the most spiritual men of the last millennium with the code of his physical universe. For a spiritual man sees things with his mind, with his power of reason, things that he cannot detect with his senses. It is this capability that separates us from the animals. It is this capability that the reader will need to sharpen as he or she reads

There is a thing called "typology". This is about how a lot of things in the Old Testament prefigure or "foreshadow" what was to be later in the New Testament of sacred inspired scripture.

The following are 2 great websites about this:

While I think the Bible Code (I assume that is what you are referring to) is possible, I don't think it likely. I haven't really studied it, so I have not really formed an opinion about it yet. I do believe that God CAN do all things, but I don't think God DOES do all things that every person claims he does!

With enough letters in a book you can make it have a code, but I do not believe that the bible is coded.
