Risks you'll need to take:
1. your cashcard tanning in the sunray and melting away
2. a nice little hole on the windscreen that so nicely fits a hand
3. loss of whatever value you've stored in the card.

no--what a moron. if it gets stolen, at the very best you'll have to go through the hassle of replacing it.
at the very worst, these dirtbags will figure out your pin and go nuts.
