I have to disagree in that Robin of Loxley was a returning Crusade Knight who as you know probably slaughtered many Muslims in his travels. His robbing from the rich and giving to the poor is Myth. He was mostly interested in getting his own expropriated property back from the usurper to the Crown while King Richard the Lion Hearted was being held hostage. Mohammed ( Peace be Upon him ) was a prophet, which is vastly different from the what so-called Robinhood was about.

Well I really liked the Robin Hood movie. Not the Kevin Costner one, but the cartoon one was terrific. I wouldn't say I worship it. And I haven't really seen the homeless carrying signs calling Robin Hood a prophet.

Maybe you should have been more clear.

I just read the guy above me. Robin of Loxely and the other crusaders gave up their wealth to keep Muslims from attacking Christendom. Europe was Christian and Muslims were attacking its people. The Crusaders were wealthy when they left, but it was their wealth which supplied the Crusades. Most returned with nothing. Some were not righteous and some were very righteous.

I will not speak of Mohammed because I do not know enough about him. I recommend you do likewise.

I had no idea mahamad wore green tights and lived in the forest with a band of merry men. Thanks for sharing that.
