I turned 30 a couple of years ago and I'm blessed with great skin, I look after it by using an anti-aging moisturiser or a sirum under the moisturiser and even thought I can't be bothered but once you turn 30 you really need to cleanse your face at night and use a good night cream your skin repairs itself while you sleep at night and can harbor germs dirt and bacteria from the day before..its worse if you leave make up on over night. Nourish your skin from the inside by eating a lot of fruit and vegies and flush out toxins by drinking a lot of water.

Golden rule- Drink enough water for your body weight.
My mom usediol of olay or ulay (depend on where you are ) very night except for summer and even now at 60 people tell her that she has the skin tone of a 20 yr old. Its true and it drives me nuts. That however is a long term thing. For the short term you could use some night repleninshing crean like Garnier. Strangely good old vaseline will give you the same effect in about 10 days. I know it sounds bizzare but i've tried it and it works.

All of the answers above are too hard to deal with or are very expensive .A sure fire method of looking young at the age of 30 is to hang out with women in their 40's and 50's . You'll look fabulous :)

Very impressed that you are thinking about this now...wish I would have at that age! I recommend Himilayan Goji Juice which is the only functional juice on the market with medical validation. Dr. Mindell, Pharmacist, Nutritionist and Master Herbalist discovered this anti-aging formula and feels that this is the most powerful food product on earth! Dr. Mindell is the author of the Vitamin Bible. Goji is an adaptogen effective for all auto-immune deficiencies. It has changed my life!

Estee Lauder products for skin care are the best I have ever used in my life. If you go to my 360 page open my album and look at the pic of my mom. She is 55 years old and has always used the Estee Lauder skin care line faithfully and she looks amazing for her age! She has had no plastic surgery either!

Do not tan out in the sun, wash your face using gentle cleansers, moisturize, don't put too much gunk on your face, exfoliate only once a week-i do not suggest microdermabration (even though its all the rage) because i have some suspicion about the long terme effects... don't smoke, don't drink, exercise, eat lots of green veggies, olive oil, fish, and other "healthy" foods, try to be happy.
I used to model, and i met this girl who refused to smile because it would "cause wrinkles"...but she smoked like a chimeny. what causes more wrinkles? i'll let you guess.

Go to a good Dermatologist and have tons of treatments. No collagen injection or botox yet and make sure that you actually feel very happy inside as a person.
