This is the first time I've heard anyone talk like that... but it sounds so cool! :)
I'm sorry you got in a lot of trouble, I hope they'll either change their policy to help you out or they'll explain what their policy is and how to follow it. I know it's very hard sometimes to follow the policies and rules, but they're there for a reason: keeping other people around you healthy and letting everything be calm and peaceful. I know one other thing for sure, they have no right harass you in any way and especially calling police on you.
Do you live in a house or an appartment complex? Talk to your heighbor and ask him what the policy and rules are where you live. Try and solve the "problem" together so that way everything will be alright. If you live in an appartment complex, then it is possible to understand as to why your neighbor is concerned and is complaining about your "habits." He/She doesn't want to get ill or even smell anything day-in and day-out. And, there might be regulations as not to smoking or drinking on the peremices of the complex. Or, you can do that but only when you're not anywehre near people's windows/doors/housing. If you live in your own house, you're welcomed to do anything you please as long as you won't burn down the neighborhood at the end of the day.
I guess, what I'm trying to say is that please and try to understand their point of view as well. Both sides have to consider a lot of things in order to make everything alright and peaceful, and you won't get in any more trouble (especially going to jail). Please be careful and take a good care of yourself, and make sure others around you won't get addicted to anything that you're using at this moment.

People who smoke pot and are stupid were usually stupid to begin with.If YOU drink alcohol,take prescription or over the counter medicine,smoke cigarettes etc,YOU are a drug user.I work full time in a salaried position.I dont smoke,drink or take pills of any kind,BUT I smoke a little pot.When will the propaganda stop and the real truth about marijuana be told? I would like to hear reasons that people have for believing this plant should be illegal.If this plant was legal and control of its distribution was taken from the criminal element would deaths associated with the trade of marijuana decline?

You're not allowed to smoke weed because during the 1930's it was determined by Rockerfeller and co. that hemp oil would endanger the petroleum business.
Also it's apparently bad for your health.
