does anyone know a quick way to make a milkshake with little ingredence?

Milk and Fruits or if you dont have the icecream part well you can always add milk and what else you have then put in in the freezer and let that get cold but not frozen . If you dont have milk well your out of luck unless you want a slushie then that what ever drink you have half way frozen :)

Ice cream & a little milk. Use a hand blender to make it smooth enough to drink through a straw. I also like to add crushed up Oreo cookies to mine. Mmm! =)

Icecream, a blender, and a small bit of milk. Blend until it is well mixed, add milk for desired thickness. If you want flavor then I suggest either Jams and perservatives for fruit flavors, or Hershey syrups.
