This is all what I know: She lives in Universal Studios Hollywood. So what you want to do is go to universal and go to the studio tour (its on the back to the right). When you get to mysteria lane, get off the tram then go to hatcher's house and leave a mail in her doorstep or mailbox OR leave the message to the guard that sometimes is stationed in that area.
