Red bumps can mean a lot of things, irritation would be a common one. Some times it can be a infection or even flesh eating virus! But most likely it because youve been havng to much heat on them, the sun, waxing, hot showers, it can all lead to irritation of the skin. if had bumps on my legs to once, but im a guy so i dont wax, it was from getting to much heat in hot showers. I dont know if sunburn can make red bumps, it can make dead skin. It could be from pulling the hairs out from waxing, and then the sun on top of that. Im not sure, but i think waxing can open the pores where your hair was ripped out, so maybe dirt of something got in the opened pores and caused a minor infection. Go see the doctor is probably the best advice anyone can give you.

The waxing made your skin sensitive, and the sun aggravated the condition so now you got red bumps. See a dermatologist for a cream taht is right for your skin type.

From waxing and they are from the ingrown hairs. Coat the area where the ingrown hairs are with Vicks VapoRub.
