I thinks she likes you if she said that it was cute :P But it really depends, you should ask her to chill and hang out and get to know her better, then make your process from that. If hanging out gets you to know eachother alot and you guys are pretty close, then go and ask her out. But I'm not sure if she likes you or not, I don't believe in love until I get to know the person, but maybe some people are different. Well, I'm sure what I said will be fine. Just hang out and get to know her then ask her out. It should work.

Well I think that you should just go ahead and take a chance. The worst thing that could happen would be her saying that she really didn't like you that way. Ask her to hang out sometime and maybe you could become better friends and even more after that.
