Could be scar tissue or it could be a neuroma. Not sure if your doctor has mentioned that before. Neuromas are common and can happen anytime you have surgery. Sometimes the nerves that are severed during an operation grow back in a jumble and can cause significant pain. Talk to your doctor about the possibility of a nerve block in that area. It's done under local anesthesia by a radiologist (medical doctor) and normally done under fluoroscopy (xray.)

Maybe you can have the implants or reconstruction fixed with surgery. Other ways to help break up the scar tissues would be cross fibre friction massage, and manual lymph drainage to move fluid which helps scar tissue from worsening.

Try massaging it everynight with cocoa butter lotion (or any other type of lotion).

Massaging the scar will help loosing the scar tissue over time.

You might want to check twith a plastic surgeon, too. It might be possible to revise your surgery.
