Is she hiring a licensed cleaning service? If so they should have a check list for your mom to look over. If they are not completing the check list then she should find someone who will. After all, she is paying for the services. Also, she needs to find someone who is willing to customize a home cleaning plan for her to benefit her needs.

remind her they are people and ask her how she'd feel if she were in their place. Then ask her if the shoe were on the other foot how would she like to be treated if someone felt she wasn't doing a good job. I think the list is a great idea maybe these people are not sure about what is expected from them. She could also try positive reinforcement by rewarding good help with small gifts or extra cash.

better help ur maid in her work and ur mom that ur also taking interest in such petty works,but u need to keep ur attitude positive by all means,practise it first thenfeel the change.

I am certain that she will complain about this to you. And when she does, you might suggest that she gives them a list of things to do daily.
