Actually, in the local post office nothing moves, but in the main post office hubs that sort the mail and send it out to the local post offices continues to sent out mail on Sundays. The drivers that deliver the mail from the main hubs to the local post offices still have to pick up and deliver.

Tink's response was correct, but Express Mail is delivered on Sundays in some areas.
