Answer #2 is on the right track, although I'm not sure why he was quoting in Greek. And it was actually verses 1 & 2 not 2 & 3.
Notice that the Seven Spirits are the Seven Lamps (Rev 4:5). This is in the Heavenly Temple. You have to be familiar with the Temple in order to understand. If you think this is just 7 individual lamps sitting there then you have the wrong picture.
In the Holy Place of the Temple is one golden menorah. It has one central lamp and 3 pairs of lamps branching out from it. Seven lamps in total. But it is only one menorah. You don't count 8. So, with that in mind, again read Isaiah 11:2
"And the Spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him,"
This is the central lamp of the menorah.
" the Spirit of Wisdom and Insight,"
Chokmah and Binah. This is the first pair of lamps that branch out from the center. You need the Insight to illuminate the Wisdom. Binah/Insight comes like a flash of lightning on a dark night. Instantly you can see many things clearly, but that vision quicly fades.
" the Spirit of Counsel and Might,"
Aytsah and Gevurah. The next pair of lamps. You need the Might to balance the Counsel.
"the Spirit of Knowledge and of the Fear of the LORD;"
Da'at and Yir'at. The final pair of lamps. Simple knowledge of the LORD is not enough, you must fear Him as well.
So this Menorah is comprised of these seven lamps. So too the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit) is composed of these Seven Spirits. The light provided by each is just a little different from the others. But together they provide you with a complete picture.

Seven is the number of rest in Christ, complete. The seven (complete/fullness) Spirit of God. The seven eyes of the Holy Spirit = How God completely sees. The seven (complete/fullness) stars in His Hand. The seven (complete/fullness) churches. You can consider what the number 7 means. Throughout the bible, the 7th day God rested, The 7th water-dip the leprosy was healed. The 7th circle around Jericho, the walls fell. One must forgive 7 times 70 times.
I believe the seven spirits in Rev. is the fullness of God's Holy Spirit or the fullness of His anointing. To get a clearer picture, I would just pray to God. There is a lot of spiritual beings in God's Heavenly Kingdom.
