No! you can have a drink if you want but don't drown yourself in alcohol. Take care of yourself and your body it's your's and no one else is gonna take care of it!

No way! Drinking that bottle of rum will not make your problems go away. If anything, it will only cause you more grief, in the near future. Everyone goes through hard times, and all problems do pass, in time. Call a friend, go for a walk, turn on some music, there are many things that you can do to try and bring your spirits up. Call a therapist first chance you get, and get moving in the right direction, to make yourself happy and healthy again. Whatever you do, leave the bottle alone and be careful. Best of luck to you. Take care.

Technically, alcohol is a depressant. What it actually does is amplify your feelings. When you're happy, it makes you obnoxiously happy. In your case, it wont dull the pain, only make it hurt more. Also, those who use alcohol to deal with problems never learn a healthy way to deal with them and often turn into alcoholics.

Why don't you try talking to somebody instead. Take refuge in things or people that make you happy. Watch your favori.te movie, play with the dog, anything. Throw the bottle out or at least put it where you can't see it.

Good luck and cheer up, it can't be that bad.

No go to your Bible and open to the Psalms. Usually you'll find the emotion you're feeling there. Focus on something else or call an upbeat, positive friend (I know sometimes that's not what you want but you should.) Pray

Or watch a comedy show on TV. Laugh a little, laugh a lot.

No. Alcohol is not a good answer, and you wouldn't be asking the question if you thought it was. Try some excersize, call a friend, watch a favorite comedy movie, but don't go with the Alcohol. Good Luck!

Do you really need us to tell you what to do? If you are old enough to drink you should know better! Alcohol is not a problem solver. If you feel that bad you need to go to a AA meeting.....just to get used to going ..........because that will definitely be your future hang out if you turn to alcohol for refuge........

Alcohol will make you feel good... for a while. Then when it is all gone, you feel worse plus you have a headache to take care of. Better buy your feel-good food (like some exotic stuff) and sleep off your pain.

I don't say yes, because the pain can be twice tomorrow, find a Herman Hesse's book the name "Stepen Wolf" And maybe you tink diferent, also bacardi is really strong, a good wine is better.

Listen, alcohol and drugs are never the answer, just try to relax, and if you have someone to talk to, do it. Alcohol is a depressant, which means that it'll only make you feel worse. And the problem will still be there. I hope you feel better, whatever your problem is. ;)
