we have been talking for 3 years and have never met, i'm thinking it is never going to happen. I have never felt this way about anyone. and he says the same. we talk all the time. we laugh, love and cry together. he makes me feel so complete. we do live in different countries. even the sound of his voice makes me melt. i have seen pics and talked on the phone numerous times. but why doesn't he want to make a effort to meet me?

why dont u ask him to visit u? if he really wants, he will try to do, soon or late, it doesnt matter.
3 years is a long time, i think so. may be he contacts u only for killing his time.
any way, the best is ask him directly. U have right to do it. Good luck !!!

Ask him why. I met my hubby online, knew him for two years before I came to him. I was in America; he was in Australia. Nobody thought we'd get anywhere with it; but we've been living together now for just under two years, and married for a year this past Valentine's day.
I understand how you feel. I know he was going to be my life; and it was so hard to be separated from him; let alone on the other side of the world from him.
Maybe you need to arrange that you go on holiday to meet him. I did; though I knew I wouldn't be coming back to the states when I left; and I haven't. I never even looked back. It's an effort you both need to make. Not just him, just because he's the guy. If you both want it, then you'll find a way; true love prevails everything.
Good luck. You'll get there if you're both true to yourself, if it's what you both truely want. I'm evidence of that. Don't give up on it if it's something you know is right, deep in your heart.
