well ive been around im in my late 30's and ive dated a lot of young girls but there is somthing differant about younger and older its confidents some older girls are not confident that is the problem you show me a 30 year old and a 20 year old where the 30 year old is more confident and sheeeeeeeeee will have more dates

Well, there are a variety of factors:
Are you still attractive? Have you kept up with your appearance? Do you have gray hairs, are you overweight, and do you have kids?
Those are kind of blunt questions, but you're asking about younger men being attracted to an older woman.
Now, I'm a man in his upper 30s, and I've found my interests and requirements about women have changed. (I'm looking more for companionability and mental and financial stability in women, than I am in how cute or fun a chick is. Although, cuteness and fun are nice features. :)
OK, so what it boils down to is what are you looking for in a younger guy? (Fun, sex, partying?)
If you're looking for a relationship, then age shouldn't matter too much. Granted, maturity of guys you'll date will be a factor, and younger guys tend to be less mature. I'd go for a dude who's in the ballpark of your age.
(If you're 35, then look for a guy around 25 -45. Pretty good range if you ask me. :)

im 30 and in the year i have found myself wanting an older woman ....always used to go for the 20 somethings now i need a more mature thinking person ...so yeah i would go for a 40 yr old woman 30-40 is a good range

Young guys would call this experience!
There is NOTHING old about a 30 year old women.
#2 - experience - which younger women DO NOT have.

You are close to 40 and already feel old?? I am close to 50 and still feel young. I myself am back in the scene for last 6 months. Have absolutely no problem. My only problem is that I am very choosy. I intend to date young men only because my husband was an old man and not up to it for the last few years.
Go for it and enjoy but don;t give yourself away too easily.The toyboys must know that they are not on our level.

I am 43 and almost always have dates men in their early to mid thirties. I think it depends on how well you are aging. I sure haven't had any complaints. Of course, people do not guess that I am over 35.

I find women my age (22) as well as older woman attractive!!! Older women are often extremely sexy as they have developed confidence in their bodies and understand their sexuality!!
