Does it work to put her babies with another Momma that is plentiful in the milk department, and let her take responsibility for the babies that she didn't birth?

Right now, I am feeding them with a bottle and kitten formula every 3-4 hours....

The formula will work. It's tedious, but it'll do the job. Otherwise, you can try to foster the kittens onto another mum kitty that has one or two kittens around the same age as your kittens are. Spray the new mummy kitty; her kittens, and the kittens she's going to foster; with vanilla that's been diluted in some water in a squirty jar (strong enough you can still smell the vanilla, this can be real or artificial vanilla). This makes them smell the same, as cats recognise their kittens by smell; and though it doesn't matter if your smell is on them; if the kittens smell like another cat (their biological mum), chances are, the foster mum won't take to them. If they smell the same as foster mum (Hence the vanilla trick), chance of rejection is much lower.
Do watch new mum kitty for a day or so, mke sure that she's taking care of them all well, and none of the kittens seems overly lathargic; if this is the case, you're going to have to take them to the vat, and probably end up bottle feeding them again.
Good luck! And as you're bottle feeding, you already are, but I cannot express how important it is to hold the kittens from a very early age. It ensures an even temperamented cat later on in it's life.

Not a good idea because now the other momma cat has to do double duty not only for her litter but also another litter that may give her kittens some kind of disease.
Have the momma cat that is not producing milk sen by a vet to see if antibiotics will solve the problem, otherwise you are now the sole source of food for these new kittens. Yes, it is very hard and tedious work, but remember that these kittens are depending on you to feed them.

Yes, you can try putting the kittens with a different mother cat. If the other cat accepts the kittens...no problem, but you will have to make sure that the other cat accepts the kittens. If the cat does not accept the kittens, you will still need to bottle feed them yourself.

Good luck.

It will work to do that if the other mama kitty is willing to take them. How do you know she is not producing milk? Check to see if her little breasts are hard, if they are, then her milk is fine. She might be sick, but you should be able to see if she is or not. Try to push some milk out. Let the babies nurse for a while and she will start to produce more. Don't bottle feed too much or they wont want to nurse from mama kitty and she wont produce the milk.

you can try to put the kittens to another momma cat with milk...but if the other momma cat is unwilling to accept those kittens, you have to bottle feed the kittens yourself. sometimes it work but most of the time it will not work.

that is not good. every momma should proved enough milk to feed her kittens. you should take her to vet because she could have used up her strength giving birth to them and try to feed her some food too
