Yes the devil can. from these verses in the book of Hebrews 2:14-18, it is evidently so. Christ took on the "seed of Abraham" not an angelic nature, so if the human nature is devilish, and gets rejuvenated through faith in the Son of God, then he/she can have a change of heart. How did sin enter the world? By one MAN, i.e. ADAM. (romans 5:12) so if we can be saved by Jesus the last adam (1 cor.15:45) He (Jesus) was manifested to destroy the 'WORKS" of the devil-1 john3:8. It's simple ; either odedience or disobedience: Romans 5:19. Choose life and live(John 3:1-21) Do you know who the devil is FOR REAL?

No and even if he did look at what he's done and the suffering he's cause. Adam did far less but he wasn't restored to paradise was he no!

On a side note to all the idiots who believe in hell what is wrong with YOU?! Do you really believe that a loving god would allow anyone to suffer for all eternity??? I think that death is enough of a punishment for anyone eternal suffering is something made up by evil men to scare Jehovah's children.

The Devil won't change because he made his decision based on full and clear knowledge of what he was doing and with pure intellect. He is not like us who because we might not always think clearly, or have a misunderstanding, we change our minds about things. The angels have the advantage of having completely clear and pure thought and intellect so they can't and won't change their minds. For that same reason, neither will the angels who made the decision to serve God ever change their minds about it because they made their decision clearly and with pure unfiltered thought.

When we die, because we will be spirits of pure thought, will we be the same in that we won't change our decision to serve God or to reject Him because we won't have any misunderstanding about it.

Those who reject God create hell for themselves and they send themselves to Hell. C.S. Lewis once said that he believed that hell was locked from the inside, but the people and demons there would rather suffer it than to allow themselves to love the way God loves them.

In the giant scheme of existance. NO, evil is as necessary as goodness.
It is a learning curve for us, and evil is the other side of the coin.

The devil's heart is a hole, in an empty space. He is the faultline, between man and God.

If you saw a hole, in the sidewalk leading to your home, wouldn't you fill it up? You can't change it, into another kind of hole.

Well he is bounded after the second coming of Christ for 1000 years, I don't think he can or will but I often wonder what that meant in Revelations..

Not likely. Has deceived himself. Still opposed to God. Too self centered.
