Some of my friends do have preference for either one. But I don't know why.

distilled water is when water is boiled and then the steam condenses. it tastes blander then mineral water so most people don't like it.

Mineral water is more healthy,because it has a lot of minerals which are important for our body!Distillate water is not bad for drinking but you should be drinking only of it,because as already said it doesn't have these minerals that we need!

According to me both mineral and distlled water are not safe to use.
Mineral water:contains undesirable salts and has taste which is not a physical property of water.
Distilled water:dont contain sufficient oxygen
but distilled water is useful in clinic as it is more purer than mineral water.mineral water is used for drinking

Distilled has been boiled for sanitary purposes, such as making baby bottles. Mineral, contains minerals.

mineral water usually is healthier...because of the minerals. Destilled water is good for chemical experiments or keeping your dishwashing machine clean.

Water is water. It doesn't really matter. But if you want water that's good for you get the kind with electrolytes in it.
