People on this site need to stop assuming things about people who ask a simple question. Who are you to judge whatever it is this person is going through? It's sickening, the attitude we have towards people, and gross how we assume we know everything. this person could very well be at a library right now using the internet and you would have no idea. That said, call the card, wait a few hours or call the office if you can. they dont always get everything in on time, or something with your case could be wrong/messed up.

I suggest you call the public aid office cause sometimes they are jerks and if you forgot or missed an appointment you are not getting your foodstamps...But just make sure you check early tomorrow sometimes they are a day late.

I assume that you are unable to work, and have no available income. Then you could contact your local churches or food banks. You might also contact your family and friends that might be able to assist you, until your foodstamps come.

ok listen i have a job and i got foodstamps my internet is included in my rent and i have to have my laptop for school. So you smart mouth people need to get over it. Sometimes people need help, and you can never say you have done everything by yourself!

Eat some of the food you already purchased last month...it's not the end of the world...but one of these days your entitlement to other tax payer's hard earned dollars will come to a end...the question is, what are you going to do then?

call your caseworker, she/he probably cut you off for some stupid reason. I hate when that happens. my caseworker is a b****. if ya know what I mean.
oh, and for you other people...... most people do have jobs that get food stamps, you have to, in my state it is called "work first" they have steps that you go through to adventurally be worked off the program. I have a good job working the max that I can right now while trying to raise a kid which is 34 hrs a week. !!!!!!

you should wait 4 a couple of days. then around the time that they come every month, you call the number thats on the back of the card and ask them whats going on. but til then get some noodles and make sandwiches.
