Neat-o! That's a good one, to add to your list. It pre-dates any of the ones you have on your current list. If you watch enough Happy Days re-runs you might even hear it, a couple of times.
The word "cool", has been used for such a long time, even before "Neat-O", and still remains, well, cool even today!
"Righty-o, Ol' chap!" is an endearing British expression.
