I think that musce weighs more than fat. and I bet you are looking pretty defined now!!! my suggestion is to maintian the level you are at!

you might not be because you could be overweight or you could have big muscles because muscles weight more than fat and a lot of muscles can make you look the way you don't want to look like, wide, so some people choose to weight train a little and do things like aerobics a lot to keep skinny and not wide.

well, being a women that dont like skinny boney men, i would say that 220 is good, stop there and keep up the good work.

darn right....that is if you are a big boned woman who carries her weight well..I'm 5'6 180 lbs and still in a 12 - 14. Don't ever let anyone put doubt in your mind. Be comfortable with who you are!!!

it doesn't matter what you weigh - it matters how you look. i don't think you should stop weight training just because you're gaining weight.
