Cut to the chase and BUY one. Waiting for someone to give you a freebie will cause more damage during the wait. And even if you do get a free one, it may not work or itself may be infected.
I believe you can go online to some of the anti-viral sites, pay a fee and they will scan your puter from their site. Try Symantec and NOD32 in particular.

Use Spybot search and destroy. Also Ad-Aware. These two will identify the virus then you can get software to remove it from norton's site.

try to get it from here..unlimited software download site. but u gotta pay some quid. but i think it's worth your money because there are million of things could be downloaded. audio, video, games, business software..etc too long to list here...
