The other day I was talking to an aquatintence. We got to talking about our prolblems. I left feeling really screwed up until the next day I realized I had worked through those issues and so that converstaion really helped me see, 'hey I'm ok and I now realize that I am past all that'!

Has this happend to anyone, where you bear your heart, only to realize that, horray, that is not you anymore?

most of my friends come to me for help, talkin things out and such, and when they leave they all so fine and happy. u see the funny thing is that I really feel the exact opposite whenever the conversation ends, sollowin it up and leave knowin that no one on this planet would ever know the way i feel, b\c even if i did talk, im sure id make it sound very different frm the way i really feel. how irionic! :)

Absolutely. That's why therapy works. You get to talk about your problems and work them out. Having a good friend who will listen is better and cheaper than going to a therapist.

Yae, that's really neat when this happens isn't it? Yep, I've done the same thing, and it's fun to know that we've moved on isn't it? I'm with you, this is a good thing when it happens!

I tend to just forget the bad things happen to me.
Saying it out will make me very sad.
( bad things are just my feeling, nothing serious, really.)
