He goes out a lot on these "long rides" on his motorcycle. Usually ends up at a bar with the boys. Usually doesn't bother me a lot... but what is it about it about being alone late at night that makes me feel so sad?

It sounds like you miss him. There's nothing wrong about feeling the way you do.

But try to understand that guys feel more relaxed when they are with other guys. With guys, you don't have to be careful with words, you can use profanity, make bodily sounds in public and basically let your hair down. That's no excuse for neglecting one's wife, but that may be the reason why he does it.

If it really hurts, then go talk to him. I'm sure he'll do anything to end your sadness.

Have you told him it makes you feel bad? If he really cared about your feeling which is what a husband is supposed to do, then it would matter. Do you think he knows how you feel already, and he doesn't care? That would hurt most spouses. It's not something I would do, or expect any spouse of mine to to. He should at least offer. It sounds like maybe your problems are deeper than just this one. Maybe you should see a counselor.

That is wrong that he doesn't invite you. I would be ticked off. I know that it's important to have alone time without your other half and hey, you might not even go but at least if he would invite you it would make you feel that he cared.

He should invite you to go. Have you tried getting in the car and going to see some of your friends or family when you are alone and feeling lonesome? He will then probably ask you to go if he thinks you don't want to.

That's because you know he might be with another woman. One thing is for sure he isn't trying to spend anytime with you. I would meet up with him at one the bars he meets up with the boys at to see if he is really there. I bet he won't be.

He is having a double life. He has somebody outside. Men who go out regularly without their wives mostly like to have other sexual partners.

You are completely justified with your feelings. Tell him about it and if he still acts like a jerk arrange something with your girlfriends late at night, that might open his eyes...

I'd be more concerned about why my husband didn't want to spend his time with me.Everyone needs a break from eachother, but you say he does this alot sooo, why isn't he with you.I'd ask him straight out.

I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK YOU START GOING OUT WHEN HE IS SITTING AT HOME AND THEN HE MIGHT CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE ONCE HE SEES HOW IT FEELS TO BE AT HOME ALONE WHILE HIS WIFE IS OUT HAVING FUN.
