yes you can..two college students just died from it..not sure how much but the helium shuts down oxygen to the brain which causes total organ failure.

Yes, you can. There was a story on CNN recently of a couple who died that way in Florida.
"Inhaling helium can quickly lead to brain damage and death from lack of oxygen, according to the Compressed Gas Association, which develops safety standards in the gas industry."

Yep... It's not so much that the helium is poison us... it's that our bodies need oxygen to function and helium is usless to us... If your only breathing helium eventually you will sufficate because the oxygen in your blood will run out and you'll start killing brain cells... which I think starts happening after you haven't had any oxygen for 5 minutes.

Yes. You will die from whatever the amount is that is required to replace all oxygen in your lungs which will deprieve the heart and lungs from being able to function. Basically suffocating yourself.

Yes you can, I heard you can shatter your vocal cords too. Because it freezes them. That why you make the sound.

I suppose you can. It kills brain cells when you change your voice with it. Within reason you should be okay, but don't overdo it.
