You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

wow that is exrtreme! changing your diet so drastically dosent really mean you will see good results. the body is use to having a balance of foods, vitamins to function and when you cut them so quickly your body takes it sources from somewhere else, and the weight will come back 10 Times as much and there will lots of water weight! and other illneses. but you did realize that veggies and fruits are healthy to a degree. fruits are sugars and vegetables dosent have all teh necessary nutrients to function as a whole. its a known fact that eating whatever you want but in moderation along with a regular routine will help you loose weight healthy

your muscles are probably aching since youre not getting all the nuitrients you need. im vegan so i follow a similar diet (pluswhole grains) but i also take some supplements. unless you eat frutis and veggies the rest of your life, youll gain the weight back, plus some. make sure this is a life change and take supplements if youd like to see lifelong results.

Make sure that you are getting enough potassium and proper hydration. If you become dehydrated, it can cause lactic acid to build up in the large muscles. That causes pain. It can also cause kidney problems, so again it is very important to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Monitor your urine for ketones and make sure your not spilling ketones, that can cause kidney problems. Check with your Dr, before starting diet programs.
