As written it doesn't mean anything. If you changed T' for J' (J'aime ma sausisse) it would be "I love my sausage", but for it to be a question, (do you like...) the "you" part ("tu" in this case)should come AFTER the verb - "aime-tu".

It could also mean "I love you, my sausage" ... I'm thinking it's idiomatic, and the "Je" is the missing part.
