christianity is basically a 2000 year old game of telephone stemming from some stuff that went down with a bunch of peasants. If I could convince just one Christian that the whole mess is just a fabricated structure of reinforcing falsehoods I will have accomplished something.

They're not really questions about god, though, are they? They're actually questions about his followers -- what do they really think, when would they make an exception to their beliefs, under what circumstances would they question their faith, etc.
Belief or nonbelief in a deity seems to me to be quite beside the point. Figuring out people is 'way more interesting.

They debate God's existence, and they debate what the Bible says. For people who pretend to be religious, they do an awful lot of hating.

I don't ask questions on this site; instead I chose to read the Bible and pray.

most of them are just preaching, which should be an abuse offense, more so than chatting.
