I noticed it just a minute ago, and it is a big red circle, with 2 sets of marks, they look like tiny tiny snake punctures. This is a spider right? And if so, how do i treat it and do i need to take her to the hospital.I do not know what kind of spider it is. And she doesn't seem sick, she has just wanted me to hold her all day long. So i don't know, she is 2 if this helps with anything...Thanks and hurry!!

i'm guessing she got bit last night while she was sleeping. I didn't even know we had spiders. And no, she doesn't seem sick, she has just wanted me to hold her all day. And brown recluses are here, but she would have already been sick by now.

FlaChic you just got reported hun....you have no right saying those things. And do you think that if my child was sick that i wouldn't have called the doc. I feel sorry for your children because you don't know how to read all of the details. Read on next time before you make assumptions.

sounds like a spider to me I'd call the doctor first and he can tell you like if it is severe enough to go to the doc. If it was like a brown recluse then she will definately need to go. My husbands little cousin had the same thing happen to her and they had to cut out the infection. So just keep an eye on it and I'm sure your little one will be fine.

And you are not a bad mother, it really makes me mad when people say stuff like that on here. If you were a bad mother you wouldn't be asking anyone, so you just keep doing what you are doing honey and forgot all those other people who are acting like kids on here.

Depending where you live, she may have been bitten by a Brown Recluse. If this is the case, I would take her to a doctor IMMEDIATELY to have it checked. Brown Recluse spider bites are BAD NEWS. Do a Yahoo! search on the Brown Recluse. When was she bitten? This does in fact sound like a spider bite. If she gets nauseated, feverish or diarrhea, this is a reaction to the bite. Take her somewhere...ER, Urgent Care....quickly!

I really think you should take her to the hospital. They may give her antibiotics so an infection doesnt set in. I have seen some very serious spiders bites and the sooner you get medical attention the better.

It's a radioactive Spider bite! Run!

No, it she doesn't feel sick and the bite isn't too bigs, there is nothing to worry about. You can also put some of that insect bite cream on it if you want.

My grand daughter was bitten by a spider while camping. sHE HAD THE SAME MARKS YOU DESCRIBED. wE TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL. It was serious. One side of her face swelled way out. and the marks never left. She still has scar. Had to take medication for quite some time.

Take your daughter to the emergency room fast before she'll turn in to a spider woman.

If the bite looks like a "target".... with circular red bands around it. It could be a black widow.

I`d definitely get to the E.R. , or call 911.

To be honest.... really should`t have waited this long.

If it was a spiderbite, or even for that matter it looks red infection could set in if it already hasn't so take her to the ER!!! You don't want her to get staff, mercer staff infection!!
