Can you have delayed reactions with brain damage?

I have looked and looked but can't find the answer on the web. My husband was in a car accident 3 years ago and has mental delays often.

Most anything is possible when dealing with brain damage. Has your husband been to his doctor recently and does his doctor know about what you just described? When was the last time he had a CAT Scan or MRI of the brain? I strongly suggest he returns to his doctor and get re-examined. There maybe something else going wrong too and he needs to see the doctor as quickly as possible. Good luck and I hope I was of some help to you and your husband.
