You're probably able to generate high levels of magnetic fields.
Ever noticed a shift of mood in a room full of people when you turn really angry or happy?
My husband always makes watches run 30 minutes faster.
Good chance only the kinetic line works for you the ones that charge up when you move.
Good chance you have the ability to become a magnetic healer.
Look into it with some meditation and other exercises you could become someone with powerful healing hands.

Get new batteries for the watch.

My mother is the same way. Could never wear a watch, they just stopped. I don't know what the answer is but you are not alone.

Are you careful when you get your hands wet? Maybe you are getting water into it. Try a better watch with a guarantee.

if you pass through a metal detector daily that could be affecting the battery...

perhaps you unconsciously drop your watches very often, or you may also have hit them quite frequently on hard surfaces more than you'd care to think.

watches' mechanisms are quite small and sensitive to frequent jarring.
