Take a break - walk away and get away from the notes.
You know more than you think. You are thinking too much about the question that hasn't been asked.
Go get a milkshake (don't get a beer - you don't want to lose what you've already absorbed.) and come back in 2 hours. Reread the notes until bedtime - and wake up eager to take the test.
Hell, if you fail, you'll do better next semester. If you pass, you'lll forget this ever happened.
I have forgotten more tests than I remember - so this formula works.

I was in your position about a month ago.
In my case, I had more information than I could possibly remember. So, I prioritized.
It's better to know a few things really well, than to know nothing at all... Do you know the most important bits of information? What is the majority of the test over? ... Just a few things to think about.
My nerves were so frayed, but I ended up scoring very well. Worrying is not a bad thing, it means that you realize the importance... But, focus!

Take a few deep breaths. Take a walk for a while. Take a few minutes and visualize yourself doing well on your exam. Stop your negative thoughts to the extent you can. Panic will not help you.
Maybe try finding a guided visualization or meditation type thing to clear your head.
Also keep in mind that you know more than you think you do.

try to leave all the paper in your hand ,and think about something else anything u like, ur holiday for example ,the one love, the place u like to go ,anything away from this stress until u feel calm and start over again , and try during these days to take time from the day to walk ,go to one of ur friend , change the weather u put itself in, and any way , it just several days and u will be free, try to think about that and do ur best for ur freedom

TAKE A BATH!
I'm not even kidding--its totally relaxing and will clear your head.
Think in the long run how insignificant it is, and how great you are at other things.

stop studying...go watch your favorite movie and get some good food...clear your mind of your studies and dont think about it until tomorrow! most of all GOOD LUCK, i'm sure you will do fine

go over your material again no matter what your mind is doing, every little bit helps, when you go to the test it will all come back to you.
