i have not really had success in dating because even when i see a girl i think likes me i am shy to ask her out and in the end i lose her this has happened to me several times.Please you guys help me sort this problem and give me tips Thanks

You sound like a nice guy to me! What is unfair at times is the girls seem to go for guys who treat 'em like 'dirt' man.. lie to 'em on occasion and keep em 'dangling' waiting to hear from em. (Am I right or what here? sure I am.) I don't know what to tell ya.. I think you are lonely (****, I'm lonely too..and I'm in an impossible marriage!.. but somebody's better than nobody, I figure.) Anyhow, how about asking someone say that isn't Lil Miss Popular.. (I am guessing as you ARE shy, and I've no reason to doubt you, you pick on asking out girls who are more extroverted.. Is this right?) You need to check around on girls that don't get so many requests to go out ("nice girls types.." which may be kinda boring, but what the hell, right?) Think back to the 'types' you are asking out.. (I bet they are all from the same mold.) Any of your boypals got say a 'sister' you can hang with? That's a start (yeah.. I like that idea.. but hell, I'm 53/F and old enuff to be your mama!) lol... g'luck later (melancholia)

Overcoming fear is one of the most exhilerating life expierences. Take the opportunity, and feel the Rush as reality clashes with the fears you cling to. It could be a win win, and the hotty says yes. Just go for it. Go for the opportunity that seems impossible and put it together. Keep trying there is nothing to loose, and try again. You are wasting time if you dont move on it. Women are waiting for you, it is up to you to let them know you are digging them.

Well, think about it...if you don't ask a girl out, you won't be dating her and if you do ask a girl out and she says no you still won't be dating her. You got nothing to loose! I understand shy because I am shy myself but life's experiences have shown me that if you ask for nothing you get nothing. It's better to give it a shot and let yourself be satisfied that you at least tried even if you ended up back where you started. If you have a good sense of humor then you'll even be able to laugh about it if it doesn't go your way. Lots of luck!

Well, you are trying to put the roof on before you build the foundation. You have to get to know someone first before you ask her out.....DUH! Just start by saying Hi. Then, "Hey, how are you doing?". Then, see if she smiles and watch her reaction to you. Go with the cues. Just keep building on it. I am assuming that you are a teenager. Don't be aggressive.....just be a nice, respectful young man....that is all. You have to watch young teenage girls though.....they can be vicious!

Well shy isn't always a bad thing! i use to be so shy i wouldn't even look ppl in the face when talking to them! Chattin on here helped me alot!! You gotta get that you don't care attitude!! Cause being shy boils down to caring what ppl think of you!! I have come out of my shell you can too!!Good luck!!

you have to enhale and let it go step to her with her telling you no and if she does it wont hurt so much but if she sdays yes then there is your surprise but you need to make a move...
