no, but if they say no at any time, then that means they aren't willing now doesn't it?

The word rape means to seize or take away by force, or unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent.

Therefore, if the person is willing, then it isn't rape. However, if the person says no at any time after congress (sexual) begins, then it becomes rape if you continue.

If the willing person is underage, under the influence of various and sundry drugs, or otherwise unable to give a legally binding "yeah let's have sex" statement, it could be seen as rape. Regardless of how willing they seem, if they are not considered capable of making a fully conscious decision, they could be seduced, misled, and thereby raped.

Not if they are totally willing but if they start out willing and change their mind then it is rape if you don't stop. Also, if they are under the legal age it doesn't matter how willing they are...it's statutory rape

Even if they are willing, and they are saying
NO and you keep going for it - the event may
be considered RAPE. Had A Girl once, the
whole time she was letting me take off her
underwear & enjoying it she was saying NO
My Dad said to me that NO means STOP
and I should have, I could have gotten in big
trouble if she had told her parents.

Willing isn't rape. However, I found out an interesting physiological detail about rape: both men and women will still get aroused (e.g. get an erection or get 'wet') even during rape. Apprently, the use of force does not inhibit the body's natural response to sexual stimulus.
Humm.

Raping the "willing" is an oxymoron. Rape means FORCING another person to submit to sex acts. When you are willing, there is no force.
But, may the force be with you .... :-)

If they are willing, it isn't rape - but if they are willing to be raped and pretend they don't want it - then that's kink - if you both like that - then go for it. But if they say No and mean No - then respect them and don't do it.

if the willing is a minor then it is rape. A minor cannot legally give consent, so it is called statutory rape.

That question ran through my head when I was standing behind my cat the other day. I mean she always comes up and rubs on my legs and gives me those f**k me eyes but everytime I make a move she scampers off. I have to say it turns me on even more. So when YOU know if it's possible, let ME know. I don't want to go to jail.
