Absolutely not their are to many things in a relationship that are much bigger, my personal opinion is the ability to have communication, with conversation honesty and loyalty develop. and even more love..

No trust and honesty. If you cant trust each other and or feel free to be lied to or lie to each other, then there is no real relationship. Trust and honesty. I know.
